Hotels we Love...Hotel Mozart, Rome

Hotel Mozart was our warm welcome to Rome. It’s surrounded by a lively neighborhood by day, buzzing with young street musicians and artists, and quiet pedestrian streets by night, lined with quaint restaurants run by waiters quick to offer suggestions on the freshest catch of the day.

After our first glorious night of sleep, the breakfast that greeted us was lovely. It consisted of the typical Italian spread, and a great diy espresso machine.

The rooftop deck offered the most stunning views where we took our time-appropriate drink – coffee in the morning, wine in the evening.

Our concierge was super nice, helping us with everything from taking charge of our luggage during our early-morning check-in, to remaining patient with our questions when an unexpected package needed to be shipped to our hotel.

All in all, this was a warm welcome to Rome, with great access to everything within reasonable walking distance of many of our favorite sites:
6 minutes to the Spanish Steps
12 minutes to the Pantheon
30 minutes to the Vatican
30 minutes to the Colosseum
35 minutes to Trastevere

We will be sure to return to Hotel Mozart again soon!
